Want to be really happy and less angry? Sure you do. Who doesn’t

Step one: Stop Telling Yourself that YOU ARE the Reasons Other’s Are Assholes.

When someone forgets about your coffee date…

When someone forgets to call you back…

When someone forgets to pick up milk at the store….

When someone cuts you off in traffic….

When some forgets to tell you about changed plans…

those behaviors and outcomes are ALL ABOUT THEM. Not you.

They are the reason that they are an asshole. No You.
