Anxiety is a daily battle.
Anxiety is also NORMAL.
If we didn’t have anxiety we’d drive a hundred mile per hour down city streets. Anxiety keeps us from getting to close to the edge of a cliff or not going into the dark and creepy basement after the guy with a chainsaw and hockey mask just entered that space.
Sometimes though, Anxiety can be a bit much. The worry gets a little too intense.
